Terms and Conditions
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
a) All bookings are held provisionally for 31 days from the date of the original booking.
b) If an enquiry for a date within this period is made, you will be contacted in order to confirm your booking.
DEPOSITS
a) A minimum deposit of 25% of the total charge to be paid upon booking.
b) The remainder to be paid no later than 30 days before the Photography Day.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
a) If you cancel a booking the following charges apply: -
§ If you cancel 21 - 30 days from the booking date 90% of total charge is non refundable.
§ If you cancel 1 -21 days from the booking date the total charge is non refundable.
§ Non-attendance, the total charge is non-refundable.
THE BIRDS
a) Although all equipment is removed from the birds, it may be required that at some point, birds are tethered in a discrete manner.
b) Small tail-mounted tracking devices are worn by all birds and can only be removed at our own discretion.
c) The bird's safety and comfort is a priority at all times.
d) The smaller birds do not have the stamina of the larger birds and may require short rest periods.
e) Precautionary methods will be in place when birds are feeding from prey.
HUNTING
a) When hunting we are hunting wild quarry and they behave as such.
b) Due respect is always given to the prey we are hunting.
c) Further chasing of the same prey, harassing and intimidating it, is not permitted.
d) We cannot guarantee the approachability or numbers of wild quarry we are hunting on any given day.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
a) Any amendments to the numbers of attendees must be notified to ourselves as soon as possible.
b) Additional non-paying guests are not normally permitted.
c) Please leave your dogs at home.
WEATHER
a) We cannot predict accurate weather forecasts. Therefore we are not responsible for any days that are hindered by unfavourable weather conditions.
b) Heavy rain, strong wind and thunder can threaten the birds' performance and it is essential they are not flown until the conditions improve.
c) If a day is cancelled due to bad weather, your booking will be rescheduled at your convienience.
EQUIPMENT
a) It is your own responsibility to ensure all your own equipment is stored and placed away safely.
b) We are not responsible for any equipment damaged by you or others on any booked day.
